Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Mail Club Subscription
You will be billed every month until you cancel. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Changes to your subscription (cancellation or address) must be made by the 25th to affect the next mailing.

Because art is custom-prepped, we don't offer refunds once the monthly billing has processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the user.
