What's your return policy?

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order please contact us for an exchange or refund at contact@desertsblooming.com under the following conditions:

• If you wish to return an undamaged item, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the return shipping fees. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping fee.
• Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving your returned items.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@desertsblooming.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
